Porsche paint codes can be a real bear to locate. Generally they are somewhere around the spare tire area (white piece of paper), but can often be inside your owners manual or somewhere else. 

The paint code is usually four digits long and starts with an "L. Sometimes it is simply three digits long.

Here's what you're looking for (located in your maintenance manual):

You may be able to locate it on the underside of the hood:

In this case, the color code is "L84A", or Guards Red.  Try searching our site by removing the "L" if your color doesn't come up in our search. In this case, that would be "84A".
